Situated amidst the hustle and bustle of Kalimati, Chandi Complex is one stop solution for your need of clothing and accessories. The complex got its name from its owner Mohan Chandi Shrestha is located at the main road on the junction to reach Kalanki, Kuleshwor and Teku. Established around 2006/7 AD, the complex thrives to meet the needs and demands of the customers in a peaceful and simple environment.

Although the five storey building looks chaotic from the inside, it is quite peaceful and calm from the inside. Apart from the twenty stores offering variety of items here, the complex also accommodates poly clin-operative, party palace, coffee lounge and a restaurant. There are only twenty stores for clothing for all are group, gift items, electronic items, shades, bags, toys, accessories, etc. Spread over an area of 3,500 sq ft, the complex has an underground parking lot with the capacity of holding hundred motorcycle and twenty cars at one time. The complex is managed by Shivaram Shrestha.

In comparison to other stores and shopping complexes around Kathmandu, the stores inside Chandi Complex offer goods at considerably cheaper price. The complex has various items and products on offer at the various stores housed here. The product available here ranges from children items to adult items and gifts to kitchen wares among others. Most of the clothing items offered at the majority of the stores here are imported from Indonesia, China and Bangkok and the sizes varies from small to XL.

Some stores here also offer ten to fifteen percent discounts depending upon the products. Onus Collection, Gajanan Collection, etc. are some of the stores housed inside the complex. Situated at the top floor of the complex, F-Ten Party Palace has the capacity of holding 300 to 500 people along with the DJ facility. Owned by Pradip Maharjan, the party palace can offer variety of food items according to the demand of the clients. It also has light system and smoke effect for the DJ session which is available with some extra charges.

F-Ten restaurant inside the complex caters to the hungry shoppers after they have gone through hours of shopping, however, not only the shopper but the restaurant also serves other customers and guests. The third floor of the complex houses Cosmed Laser and Cosmetic Surgery Center that serves the skin care and cosmetic surgery services to the clients.
