Everest College

Located at Thapathali, Everest College is a well established college that specializes in teaching management and Business Administration. Governed by a group of management professionals, academicians, social workers and businessmen, the college offers +2 programs and bachelors programs with affiliation to Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB) and Tribhuvan University (TU).



The college is managed and its activities are supported by a strongly motivated team of professional academicians and practitioners in the areas of business administration, management and social science.  The college was established with an objective of preparing next generation managers who would be able to lead the nation towards development. The college has experienced and skilled teachers and faculty members who are committed to assist in the development of knowledge, skill and expertise that are essential in problem solving. The college aims to produce graduates who can think on their own and take independent decisions for which it has employed experienced faculty members, constructed practical rather than traditional classrooms and encouraged interactive classes.

The aim or the major objective of the college is to provide its students ‘quality education with less investment’. The courses offered here vary from two years +2 programs in hotel management, travel and tourism and computer science with an affiliation to HSEB and Bachelors in Business Administration, Bachelors in Business Studies and Masters in Business Studies affiliated to Tribhuvan University.

The objective of the college is to provide education that can meet the individual and collect needs of students and make them self-confident and self-reliant by stressing quality education including computer learning, additional language training, various social work trainings and other extracurricular activities. The college offers a full time day program with additional works such as computer learning, language learning, library works, etc. that can be carried out in the evening or morning.

The college also has a student council, named as Everest Student Council, which was formally established in 1998 and is elected or appointed body of college students which works under the guidance of the student council moderators. The council is responsible for organizing programs like welcome, farewell parties, friendly sports matches, sports tournaments and publishing the college bulletin.
