Situated at Bhaktapur, Rajarshi Gurukul is a recent establishment spread over 20 ropanis of land. Established with the aim to complete the Nepali educational landscape, the school has the mission of providing students with a guided approach to teaching so that they become independent, creative and incisive thinkers who are prepared to step out and face the world.  The education system of the school strives for a sound mind, a healthy body and a sense of decency. The school is located at eight minute drive from Koteshwor. The classrooms are well equipped with the latest and modern technologies so that the students will not be limited to books but also engage themselves in a multimedia education complete with pictures, videos, music and games. The school also allows the parents of the students to access the school’s online portal which allows the parents to keep track of their children’s education. The portal that can be accessed by computer as well as smart-phone allows the parents to keep the track of their child’s classes, performance and attendance, fostering an open relationship between them and their child’s education. The school has initially been offering classes up to grade five and it further plans to encompass middle-school and high school in near future.

The kitchen in the school provides balanced and nutritious meals to all of the students. They are served breakfast in the morning, lunch at noon and tea-snack in the afternoon before they head home.
