Affiliated to Higher Secondary Education Board (HSEB), United Academy was established over a decade ago with the objective of providing quality education to higher secondary level students. A part of United Education Foundation, the college has been able to create a position for itself for being one of the best higher secondary level education providers amidst the numerous higher secondary schools mushrooming in town. The college offer plus two level courses on Science, Commerce and Humanities with affiliation to HSEB.

Following the scientific teaching technique, the college allows the students to approach their subjects with a keen insight with the vision of letting them come up with the clear concept of the subjects and develop their own insight about them. The college that offers higher secondary level education in science, management and humanities streams also plans to introduce different academic programs with affiliation to foreign universities with the objectives of sending the United Academy graduates directly to the respective universities with provision of partial scholarships. For the purpose, the college has already signed Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Kent State University, USA. The programs that are to be set include Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Computer Applications and Bachelor of Science (Microbiology, Computer Science and Environment Science).

The college is well equipped with all the basic facilities required to impart quality education to the students. The intensive library is well stocked with all the required course and reference materials required by the students. The computer lab with internet facilities allows the students to search for the references and resources to support their studies. The science laboratories let them test the hypothesis and theories that they have learned in their theory classes. It also provide clean and hygienic canteen along with transportation facilities to the students who require it.
