Valley Finance Limited (VFL) has three branch offices, one each at Itahari – Sunsari, Anarmani – Jhapa, Dhalkebar – Dhanusha districts of Nepal with its central office located at Maharajgunj – Kathmandu.

The finance company entered into a merger with Yeti Finance Limited and Manakamana Development Limited in 2013. The joint entity was named ‘Yeti Development Bank Limited’.
