Spread across twenty bighas of land, Chitwan Medical College has facilities such as basic science buildings for department of Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, Pathology, Microbiology, and Community Medicine where each of the department has rooms for head of the department and faculty members, laboratory with preparation room, demonstration room, museum room, departmental library and seminar hall, administration building with general administrative division, finance division, planning division, medical education division, examination division and meeting hall, fully furnished double-occupancy roomed hostel with verandah in every room, in-built cafeteria for students and staff members with the capacity of holding 240 students at one time, common recreation room and playground, well stocked library with space and cubicles to accommodate 150 students at a time, free internet services and E-library facility, around 6000 books including text and reference materials, separate room for faculties, photocopy facilities and book repair facilities.
The college awarded with the Best Teaching Hospital in Nepal award also has a teaching hospital next to it where the experienced and qualified doctors and nurses as well as the trainees provide best medical facilities to the patients at affordable costs. The 600-beded teaching hospital is commonly known as CMCTH (Chitwan Medical College Teaching Hospital). The hospital offers treatments and services for various medical issues by expert and experienced doctors and nurses.
