    ‘Sai’ means hundred and ‘Lung’ means the hills in Nepali language. Because of the presence of hundreds of hill in this area, people started saying this trek as Sailung trekking. This is a non-tourist area and less crowded, but a very splendid one. This trek takes you to Thulo Sailung (3200 m), its highest elevation, from where you will see a vast Himalayan range from Makalu to Dhaulagiri. This is the only trek from where you will have a glimpse of Terai – the lowland of Nepal as well as the world’s highest – Mt. Everest (8848 m).

    Kalinchowk Bhagwati Temple is a Hindu shrine in Dolkha District of Nepal. The myth about this temple is once a person exits the temple premises one shouldn’t return. Its a part of Gaurishankar Conservation Area from where two rivers Sun Kosi and Tama Kosi river are originated.
